+ Certificate of marital status

+ Certificate from a paediatrician that the child is fully vaccinated and does not suffer from a communicable disease

+ Application for registration

To register your child in the Ble Baloni you will need the following documents.

+ Certificate of marital status

+ Completed Student's Personal Health Record (ΑΔΥΜ) from a pediatrician

+ Birth certificate + Birth certificate
